Get your whole business built. Pay when it's done.

You have the idea. Getting it into the world takes a market you can trust, a name you own, a logo, a website that works, and a plan to get customers. That is a lot of separate hires and a lot of waiting. Here it is one service, done for you, delivered ready to launch.

And here is the part that makes it easy to say yes: you pay only when the work is finished and you are happy with it. Nothing upfront.

Delivered market-ready.

Why $5,000 is a genuine offer

Hiring this out piece by piece means a market researcher, a naming consultant, a logo designer, a web developer, a copywriter, and a marketing strategist. An agency that bundles it bills in the five figures and asks for a large deposit before anyone touches the work. Here you get the whole thing for one flat $5,000, and you pay it at the end, once you have seen the finished result and you are satisfied.

That $5,000 covers everything listed above. If you ever want something beyond it, we quote the extra cost and get your okay first, so there are no surprises on the final bill.

Want to offer equity instead of some cash?

If you would rather keep more cash on hand at launch, you can offer Jeremy a slice of ownership in your new business in place of part of the price. Move the slider to build your offer. Every half percent of ownership you offer lowers the cash price by $250, up to ten percent.

$5,000 cash + 0% equity all cash, no equity offered
0% equity ($5,000)5% ($2,500)10% ($0)

This is an offer, not a done deal. Jeremy can accept it or decline it. If he declines the equity, the price stays the flat $5,000 in cash. Because ownership is involved, an equity offer especially should be reviewed by a lawyer before it is signed.

How it works

You submit your idea and agree to the terms, then we get to work. As we go, you stay in control of every creative call.

Tell us your idea

Send it through the short form below with your name and email. Type it, or record it and read the quick note about attaching your recording.

Agree to the terms

Read the agreement and check the box. Work begins only after you accept.

We build it and show you the work

On a private progress page you choose your name from 50 options, pick your logo from 20 designs, and choose your website's look from 4 directions.

You pay when it's done

When it is finished and you love it, you pay the flat $5,000, or the cash and equity split you offered if Jeremy accepted it. Nothing is due before then.

The agreement

This is the full agreement you accept before any work starts. Read it here, then check the box in the form below.

Build Now, Pay When It's Done: read the terms

Build Now, Pay When It's Done

By checking the box below, you agree to these terms:

  1. jeremydudley.com will build your project. This includes market research, up to 50 available name options, up to 20 custom logo concepts with revisions, 4 design directions, a complete website with a security review, a 90-day marketing plan, and a launch checklist.
  2. The price is $5,000 for the work described above. You pay when the work is finished and you are satisfied with it. Nothing is due before then.
  3. If you ask for work beyond that description, we will quote the extra cost and get your approval in writing before we do it. Approving it on your progress page counts as your written approval. Your full payment is $5,000 plus any extra work you approved this way. We never add a charge you did not approve first.
  4. You may offer a mix of cash and equity instead of all cash. For every 0.5% of ownership you offer, the cash price is reduced by $250, up to a maximum of 10% ownership, which would bring the cash price to zero. Any equity offer is subject to Jeremy's written acceptance; he may accept or decline it. Until you have paid in full, whether in cash or by an accepted equity agreement, everything produced stays the property of jeremydudley.com and its affiliated companies, and ownership of the work passes to you only when payment is complete.
  5. Everything produced for you, including the names, logos, designs, website code, and plans, stays the property of jeremydudley.com and its affiliated companies until your full payment is received. Ownership passes to you when you have paid in full.
  6. Until you have paid in full, you may not use any of the work in any form.
  7. Work begins only after you accept this agreement.

Checking the box records your name, the date, and the time. That is your signature.

Agreement version: 2026-07-06 v2
Please note: this agreement is written in plain English and is not legal advice. No lawyer has reviewed it. Before you take real clients or real money, have a lawyer review it. The equity option especially needs a lawyer's review, because offering ownership in a company can carry securities rules that vary by state. Until a lawyer signs off, treat this as a working draft.
